AoP Open

I have two winning entries in this years AOP Open competition. Both as it happens have a rural flavour. I’ve spent a lot of time recently in the South West of the USA shooting deserts, which I love, so its great to be recognised for subject matter I can find a bit less expensively closer to home.

This first one was shot near Hemel Hempstead via a rather laborious process with a digital camera mounted on an old fashioned wooden camera to create a huge digital file. I call this picture ‘Some version of pastoral’
