Planning an exhibition

I’m a rank novice when it comes to 3d modelling, but I played around with Google Sketchup a few months ago and worked my way through a few chapters of ‘Google Sketchup for Dummies’ which is an excellent book. I’m having an exhibition in January in Birmingham and this is my first attempt at modelling the layout. Initially I started with a series of rectangles on the walls, but really, wouldn’t it be nicer to have some white space as well? With six weeks till Christmas I guess I can’t hang about, I need to get prints and framing organised reasonably quickly as there is bound to be a Christmas rush.
